Carlee Calderon

Business Manager

As Business Manager for the Madison County Library System, Carlee Calderon oversees the daily financial and administrative functions that support the mission and growth of the organization. By working closely with the Director and Assistant Director and supporting the library branches, she ensures efficient use of resources, regulation compliance, and effective delivery of library services to the community.

Becky Bowen

Youth Services Coordinator

Becky Bowen serves as the Youth Services Coordinator for the Madison County Library System, leading engaging programs and activities for children, teens, and families across all library branches. From storytimes and summer reading to crafts and educational events, she is passionate about encouraging literacy, creativity, and lifelong learning while helping make the library a welcoming place for young readers and families.

How the Madison County Library System is supported and funded to serve the community.


MCLS is supported by funds from Madison County, City of Canton, Town of Flora, City of Madison, City of Ridgeland as well as state and federal funds administrated by the Mississippi Library Commission.

In addition, generous support from our Friends of the Library groups, private donations and various grants help us to continue to bring quality library services to the people of Madison County.
